When Should Your Baby See a Dentist?

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that you schedule your baby’s first dental visit by the time your child is one year old. When you see baby teeth coming in, it’s time to start caring for those teeth to prevent cavities. With first teeth, wipe your baby’s teeth with a damp cloth at least twice a day, especially after feedings.
